Shipping

Orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days prior to shipment. U.S. delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days after shipping. International delivery times vary by destination.

Tracking information is provided once your order ships.  During peak seasons or high-volume periods, fulfillment and transit times may extend slightly.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change-of-mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. After review, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
